A Windy Autumn Day

I had great fun yesterday making these two shaker cards, the two little characters are just so cute and my next plan is to make snowy christmasy cards with them. I coloured the little girl in with water colour pencils, and the little boys with zig brushable pens. The papers were from Bo Bunny haloween range sprayed with a little copper glimmer mist. All the little leaves were punched out and the pumpkin was a peel off sticker.

Happy Christmas

This Snowman is stamped onto glittery white felt and the hat and scarf onto blue felt. I coloured his nose in with an orange Sakura Moonlight Pen. The Xmas trees behind him were cut out on my Cricut machine. I made the snow flake white dots with a Sakura true white gelly roll pen. This card was stamped with Ollyfant Christmas stamps and watercoloured with Sakura watercolour pencils. The background papers are from Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses 6 x 6 pad of paper.

These two cards were made by cutting vintage pictures from a piece of scrapbook paper and layered onto matching backing paper. The border punch on the santa on snowball card is Fiskars Scalloped Lace ( Threading Waters)

I used a medallion Peel Off sticker and Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses paper pad on this card.

For this card I used a boot stencil, I covered the top of the boots with glitterey felt, the buckles were cut on my wizard machine with a buckles die.

These cards were made with Crafty Bitz 3D Straw Wreath stickers
stuck onto gold baubles which were cut on my Cricut machine and then embossed with Fleur de lys Cuttlebug Embossing Folder.

Over the last couple of weeks I have made quite a few christmas cards, so I thought I would post a few on here to hopefully inspire others. The weeks just seem to be flying by at the moment and christmas will be upon us before we know it so the earlier I start the better. Some have been classes in my shop, some will be, and some are just cards I felt inspired to make at the time.

SMILE Mum

I had a great time last night making this scrapbook page of my Mum. This is my dads faviourte picture of her so I thought it would be the perfect picture to use with these fabulous flower peel off stickers. I painted in the flowers with Sakura Moonlight Pens and then doodled around them with a silver pen touch pen. I added a white sheer wired flower . The picture frame was made by box pleating the paper.I am quite pleased with the overall effect. I have made another page for a boy along the same line but using blue and hot air ballon peel offs, i will post a picture of that one tomorrow.
